Our 4 Step Process!
There are 4 Phases to our Videos.
Development & Pre-production
During the development and pre-production phase, we’ll meet with you and anyone else involved to plan the best way to tell your story. Here we’ll decide who needs to be interviewed, if we need to visit certain locations, what type of equipment we’ll need, the kind of crew we’ll need and more.
We’ll develop and write out a script for your story that we’ll be able to follow as we film, making sure we don’t miss anything.
Filming
Once development and pre-production is finalized, we’ll be able to start the 2nd phase – Filming. Depending on your story, this could require a single camera or multiple cameras. It could take a single day or multiple days. All of this is determined in the 1st phase.
Editing
Once we’re finished filming, we’ll start the 3rd phase – Editing. In this phase, all the footage is edited together. Effects and titles are added, sound is cleaned up and music added. This is where the film is actually made. We’ll make sure the footage sounds and looks its best.
Delivery
When we have a finished product, we’ll deliver it to you on a hard drive that is yours to keep. We’ll create a few different copies for you. A master copy for future editing if necessary, A second master copy that you can put on your website. We’ll also export a few compressed copies that you can post on YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and other platforms if you want to. You’ll also receive all the raw footage and audio from filming. The actual delivery date will be decided on during Phase 1.
